Great call solution service We have been using the tool for over 6 months now and it has helped with all of our compliance and regulation requirements in ensuring calls are logged and recorded correctly and with it all being in one place helps us locate customer info/data at the press of a button to load up a new tab. Also helps with the fact details will populate if linked to their account when a customer calls in so saves time in locating them.
10/10 NVM app is a great tool for both making inbound and outbound calls - I have used this for over 1 year and the customer journey has been fantastic - easy to use, works every time! Integrates very nicely with Salesforce. Also good for call monitoring making it easy to see which agents are logged in to the system and who is busy or available. Overall I give this product 10/10.
Great telephony solution for our Startup We are pleased that we selected New Voice Media as the telephony solution for our in-house Customer Support team. Geoff Parlett did a great job as our Professional Services Consultant! He was very responsive to our questions and quickly resolved any issues and addressed our concerns.

Great support We have been using NVM for over a year, we have been provided with fantastic support and training and continue to gain more insight into our business as a result. Great to work with Alex, Matt, Tim and the rest of the team. We are excited to see what we can achieve together this year.
Feature packed and flexible Best CTI for Salesforce in the market at the moment. I've used a few other products, but none as easy as NVM to get up an running. Knowledgable support to help with customisations is a plus.

Awesome telephony system with great support !!!!! We are using NVM for our call center operations and our business teams are very happy the way system is built. From a technical stand point we always get the required support from NVM consultants or their Support team. All in all great system and great people to work with.
