Get directionsStay away from this dr called Yun. She wanted to kill my baby, wanted to euthanize him. Misdiagnosed him and wouldn't even let me see him the night I took him there. She said is not fair for the animal, that he's under the oxygen and has his spine broke and will not survive. I have insisted to see him and after she resisted and made me wait for half hr I could see him 'before she was ready to euthanize him'. When i saw how he was looking at me from that oxygen chamber my heart melted and I said no, I am taking him home. He w... read more

I really wish I would have dug into the reviews a little more but my family was desperate to help out Louie. On 9/14- after calling around to multiple vets looking for an MRI and a neurologist, I sent my family here with our French bulldog. What ensued can only be related to be locked in a room with no light. For the cheap price of 10k, our dog had a hemilaminectomy performed by one of their vets. NOT by the neurologist that they led us to believe. They kept our dog for days even though we kept telling them he would eat an... read more
I would give zero stars if I could. Everything about our experience was awful. We had a 4:20 pm appointment time. At 4:00 pm a woman from VRC called asking if we had the x rays. I specifically asked when making the appointment if I needed to bring the x rays with me and was told no they could get them electronically. I then was told since I had no x rays it would be $300 to get them done on site at our appointment. The visit went downhill from there. The office manager was unprofessional, extremely frustrating to deal... read more
I can't stand Yelp but I want to warn people that Dr McKenna treated my dog last Friday and told me she would be fine, even after I expressed concern about her health and would have done anything to help her live longer. I said - "Is she dying and she said - "No I have no reason to believe she will die". gave me $540 in pills and she passed away two days later. She needs to listen to her patients or go back to school or get another profession. My vet recommended a different vet hospital and I wish I would have listened.
From my point of view this hospital is expensive, but does the job. Nothing was negative until my past experience. The service was great until my Dog was put down. After the terrible process we were than greeted with a printed "sympathy" card and a lady telling us our dog is in a box with not one ounce of respect. that's it. No sympathy. My family gave this hospital THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS (from multiple years of visits) AND WE GET A PRINTED CARD AND A CALL THAT SAYS NOTHING BUT YOUR DEAD DOG IS HERE TO BE PICKED UP AND A SINGU... read more
I guess it depends on who you get and what the circumstances are. The dentist took excellent care of my pug when she was there. My husky was diagnosed with a UTI a year ago and the care was great. We returned for the same symptoms. she cries the whole way there, panting, and restless. When I arrived, I was told the nurse would be out to see if it was necessary for her to be seen. She returned with her 10 minutes later and told me yes she was dribbling urine and probably had a UTI. However, this was not an emergency to take t... read more
Last night my beloved Maltese went into distress and we took him to the VRC in FRAZER. He was put into an oxygen crate and We went to see him before we left him him for the night and he was jumping up and down in the crate and looked alive. Dr promised he would call me during the night if he took a turn for the worse. nurses and doctor promised that if I didn't receive a call, it was good news. This morning at Dr called at 8 am to tell me he passed away at 4am. Their actions are shameful and unprofessional and have added ... read more
I had to take my cat to VRC Malvern over the weekend, 5-21-22. He was having difficulty eating and drinking, and was just not doing well, also had an issue with some breathing. We were told by our local LVS to take him there. We arrived around 10 in the morning and sat for over 6 hrs. Initially they took my cat, and we never heard from them again until a vet talked to us after 4 p.m. We live an hour and a half away. We were never given a definitive cause of his problems; everything was "it could be this, it could be th... read more
I wanted to update my review to let everyone know that Austin O'Connell, the Director of VRC, lied to my credit card company when I contested their charges! So, first VRC's Client Experience Manager lied to me by saying I would get a call back from Hannah (Practice Manager) after reviewing my case. After repeated attempts to contact Hannah, she never spoke to me. And now, the Manager of the hospital, Austin O'connell, lied to my credit card company after nobody but the horrible, arrogant doctor talked to me about my dis... read more
