I have been taking my dog to Sophia for grooming since he was a puppy, and he always comes back smelling and looking great! He used to be scared at first but now he gets excited when he sees her!

My 3 miniature pinscher went to WAG REDWOOD CITY on August 8 and I picked them up on September 2. They were cared for. They were happy. They played with other dogs daily during "ALL DAY PLAY" sessions so they received social interaction interaction. I received photos daily while I was in Asia. I was able to see the dogs on camera. The groomers at Wag Hotel Redwood City are wonderful! Jeanette is our go-to technician and she is the BEST! She takes excellent care of my girl 'Rocket'. I can't say enough great things about my dog's groomer, Liz!!! My Labradoodle Bodhi needs frequent more complicated grooming and finding the right person has been a challenge over the years. Disclaimer: This review is only about the grooming department. I consider myself lucky as I decided to try my luck here to find a groomer for my small Pomeranian after having moved to this area. Sophia has done a great job taking care of Bounty! Bounty is now a regular and we always book with Sophia since she pays special attention during the session to make sure my fragile little pom feels comfortable. I'll definitely book with Sophia again!

My dog needs regular grooming -- Wag Hotels delivers with bathing and clipping. The extra-large size of my dog has been a problem for other groomers, but the team at Wags has him covered. I can't say he loves the experience, but the groomers go the extra mile to keep him calm and patient. Appreciate the results every time!
