The good: 24/7, friendly staff, always available, dogs loved going here. The bad: management has terrible customer service. After coming here weekdays for 9 months, one Monday afternoon a staff member brought our Frenchie out and as I was transitioning him to our harness, she reached her hand out (without asking me) from behind him and got bit (very minor skin break.) I would give 10 stars if I could. My experience was absolutely phenomenal. The staff at wag hotel in San Francisco are amazing and were so helpful. They took great care of my dog Rosebud, had great communication and eased my mind whenever I called for check-ins, and went above and beyond in helping me in a very difficult situation. A very special shout out to Mario O. Over the holiday we boarded our dog Dashiell at the Wag Hotel SF. When we went to pick Dashiell up on Thursday night his food bowl - a relic of his puppyhood and something Dashiell eats every meal from - had been misplaced. Mario became personally invested and after a real search Mario found it!!!!! He treated us with great respect - not as crazy pet parents. Mario is a true professional. Thank you Mario.

Went for our first doggie daycare session today prior to and upcoming boarding reservation. Shae in client services made the whole experience stellar!! I was nervous doing this for the first time and she walked me through the process and made sure my babies were well taken care of! Thank you Shae and SF Wags!!!

My girlfriend and I attended a Giants game and needed a last minute place for her dog. This place took him in and best of all it was free. They even fed him the food my girlfriend brought with her. I highly recommend this place.

All I can say is that Wag Hotels (San Francisco) was a fun way to give my little guy Atticus more exercise, mental stimulation and socialization with both dogs and people in a different city. He was a bit spoiled with SF's climate-controlled indoor play area but could have had the option of fresh air and fun in the large pups rooftop outdoor play yard as well. Best place to bring your fur babies to in SF! The staff are knowledgeable and very caring. They send updates throughout the day and give you an update when you pick them up on how their stay went. Would highly recommend!!!
