My dog Lukas always has the best time when he comes to this hotel. Jay and Ari were super helpful and ensured our beloved Lukas felt loved.

We gave wag another shot for a weekend trip and we feel very safe leaving our frenchie there now. That staff is friendly, they separate dogs into groups by sizes and have a person monitoring the group at all times. They also get a good number of other frenchies which our doggie loves. Their groomer is solid too. We'll be bringing our dog back for regular all day play sessions, and we'll keep wag in mind for future trips too
Wag Hotel has taken such good care of my dog Donut. Every time I bring Donut in, the staff remember his name and are very loving to him. They make me feel very comfortable leaving him there for boarding/daycare (send me updates, and photos) and also do a great job with grooming needs too. I also love the events they have with cute themes!

We used Wag Hotels for the very first time to board our baby boy while mom and dad got married! While we would've rather had him join in the festivities, he couldn't because no pets were allowed at the venue. Overall, my experience with Wag was okay. I definitely felt like they deceive you with the photos posted on their websites of their dog suites. They look nice, well kept, and super clean. I've used wag hotel in the past a few years back and was pretty indifferent about it, but used this location for the first time and loved it!! The girls who work the front desk were so kind. I booked the one-on-one day care day because my pup can be dog aggressive. So he got solo walks and play time with employees throughout his 6 hour stay.
