This is a revised review because they have made my issues right by me and for that, I am grateful So Boutique Apartments has taken over our complex and my lease was up for renewal. Of course there was an increase to my rent, but it wasn't anything that I couldn't chew being on a fixed income. They are making major changes to the property. There's lots of construction, noise, dust, people in and out and power tools. Upon several recent maintenance request, I could not be more pleased with Ryan the maintenence technician. He has professionally been on time when I request a visit and resolved all my issue. Kudos to him. I think he deserves a raise. When I moved in, I was thinking to reconsider moving in as the apartment was not ready by no means. He is a big part of my decision to stay. Thanks Ryan!

Ryan Hayes was so helpful! He helped me after getting locked out at 3am. The office didn't have extra keys so he spent 3hrs working on my door and putting on a new lock. He was incredible and I really appreciated his persistence. Most helpful person I've interacted with at wheelhouse.

I just wanted to leave a great review for Aaron, the maintenance person that has been very helpful to me. When I had problems with my heat, he even went out of his way to buy a new space heater, and bring it to me. His work is always good. He's always on time, courteous, and professional. Awesome.

Wheelhouse Apartments took over ownership of our current apartments in the beginning of the year and we have been pleased with them ever since. I had placed a work order and maintenance was called out to us within 30 minutes and even got a plumber out same day and fixed the issue! Rachel Little is who I always contact and she is AMAZING and the most helpful! She always responds quick and is so kind! I would definitely recommend this agency!
Brandon is the most competent facilities maintenance employee i have ever worked with. any time i place a work order (and i've placed several) no matter how big or small, it is addressed within 24 hours. his attitude is always on point and his attention to detail is impressive. any time he helps me he always asks if there is anything else i need and is willing to go out and get supplies for it immediately.
