Bunch of cowards that hide behind covid as an excuse to not hold a front office and lie to you on the phone without any accountability. A Lawsuit is coming to these losers and they will be forced to hold a front office, so tenants can physically come in and talk to staff with any issues. do not rent from boutique apartments or wheelhouse. Unfortunately I can't vote lower then one star, because even that is being generous. I guess I will start with the mold. From the day we moved in, the apartment smelled like sewage. We had submitted multiple requests to maintenance to address this issue, most were ignored entirely by our property manager, Whitney Wallace. The one time our request was acknowledged, a plumber looked at the bathroom for about 2 minutes, and we were told a pipe was broken under the building and that must have been the source. Bunch of scumbag greedy property management who took over 5502 newland way in arvada. Trying to charge $1500 dollars rent with no improvements and appliances form the 80s and 90s. No one is going to paybl the prices after they see the condition of the building.

ELM GROVE!!! My car has been broke into twice at this property and packages have been stolen from inside the building which the cameras in the hallway don't work! Moved in to a broken filthy stove, no shower head and my ac has worked 4 hours out of the 4-5 months I've been here . Hear also does not work! Floor heaters are full of dirt and items from the last resident. They can't comply to a ticket but can serve a notice for rent ! We live in Park Bonfoy Apts in the Springs. From the moment we arrived we had issues, the first and foremost being that the pictures we were shown were entirely different than the apartment we were given. We moved across the country and were completely misled but the team at Park Bonfoy. When we came to them the next morning with our issues and complaints, they were rude and it took over a month to get all the issues fixed. Where to start, I moved into a wheelhouse/boutique apartments property (York Street Lofts) in 2018 and was a resident till I left in 2021. First that specific property: The property was decent looking from the outside but the wooden steps leading up to the apartment entrance were water damaged and clearly rotting the entire time I lived there, there were cracks all over the ceiling walls due to stress and weather, there were frequent leaks from the skylight and the swamp unit on the roof which ruined the paint on the stairs ... read more
They claim to have a safe locked up community and make me carry all these keys for the doors just to be propped open at all hours. dogs not on leashes... some don't pick up the poop. (smells great in the heat) The neighbors fight. They throw trash bags out their unscreened windows. theres laundry room hours on the door that I had to have set that nobody follows so it sounds like a train in my house. A dreadful company to deal with. They conveniently hide behind their "pool of managers" to not have to deal with any sort of accountability issues. Avoid renting from them or even buying property next to one of theirs. You'll regret it every single day.
