I do need to say that the maintenance people who have been sent out are very kind and efficient. The accounting department has also been very quick to respond and I appreciate these humans. Too bad they work for a terrible company.
Asked for a 5 star review which I did leave at first based on her customer service skills. However required a 45$ application fee per adult PLUS. A 300$ deposit. Once paid i was denied and told that it'll take about a week to get my 300$ back!

most horrible apartments I have ever come across. Not only did they force me to live without electricity for 3 months, they broke into my apartment with no warning and took several pictures. I'm a single young female. Let's put two n two together. On top of that, they were very rude and tried to attack me or blame the issue on me. Seriously disgusting . The people who work here match the absolute horror of an apartment building that they "run" . absolutely INFESTED with roaches. they come out of the vents and stove and they just show up dead in your sink. I've never been more grossed out sleeping in my own bed . There is no getting in touch with anyone that knows what they are talking about and we've had multiple problems just trying to communicate with anyone who does more then clean your toilet. Absolutely horrible company that does not care about residents at all. I have been paying on time without problem through Covid until i too recently was let go due to low business volume directly related to Covid. I wrote my contact whitney Wallace asking about the Covid Rent programs they throw around as being available and asking for payment plans while i work with EHAP to get my assistance. BEWARE OF WHEELHOUSE AND BOUTIQUE APARTMENTS!!! BED BUGS!!! FILTHY!! UNIT IN DISREPAIR!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Renters beware of Wheelhouse and Boutique Apartments. I leased a "renovated" unit sight unseen due to COVID-19. When I arrived at the property, the unit was in disrepair. If you love mice, roaches, broken ceilings, construction zones, health and safety damage to sidewalks, and hidden charges - Wheelhouse is the company for you! Nothing says, "Rent Strike these Sinful, Selfish abusers!" like a company that, after months, refuses to assist their tenants with common area clean-up, tack on charges you never agreed to (such as electricity, sewer, gas) and never respond to calls. No maintenance system. And it is not because of the COVID-19. Because The management said work will be done according to the order of the requests that was made. So I guess my request was never input? Because I have requested a maintenance in March and still waiting. And now its time to move out , since my lease is up . Hope they don't blame it on my later.
