THREATENED WITH EVICTION FOR BOUTIQUE/WHEELHOUSE'S LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY: I am usually not one to leave reviews for anything, but this is, without hyperbole, the worst business I have ever had to interact with. Not even just for housing. Worst business, period. I started renting with Boutique Apartments/Wheelhouse Apartments in July of 2024. The lease term was to end on June 30, 2025. Majestic Heights is the worst managed apartment I have ever lived in. Neighbor has unlisted subletters coming and going at all hours, they let their dogs roam the property unleashed and steal packages. The police are tired of showing up to this property. Hallway constantly smells like cigarette smoke or other fumes. I have begged management to put up cameras or hire private security but no dice. Constantly feeling unsafe.

The worst management company, I used to live in their property then I moved next door, so I have experience first hand for over five years the style of management they provide! I have a feeling that this place is by the hour, no management presence, we complained numerous times about their tenants and the way they manage their property, trash everywhere, bed bugs infestation. Save yourself a headache and do not bother with this people

Zero stars. Hire a new maintenance crew. Actually the company should fire everyone & start over fresh.

Absolutely horrible service! This place deserves zero stars!! Horrible customer service, if you ever have an issue you will be talking to an Indian call service, which are no help. All they do is say they will contact a manager. I have called them three times and have yet to receive a call back about my issue. They have been towing cars from my apartment complex all week with ZERO WARNINGS. They towed my car and I had to pay 400 dollars to get it out and missed a day of work because of it. *UPDATE*: Please take a moment to read the response to my initial review from management, as this wildly misleading reply is a perfect example of how uncaring staff will minimize your experience and take no accountability for the reality of a stressful tenant situation. My final review. I moved and I have NOT BEEN HAPPIER. I am held to restrictions that will not allow me to type more. If you are checking reviews due to possibly wanting to work with this company- I am held to restrictions that will not allow me to share my experience.. but this review **if you are paying attention** should tell you all you need to know.

They say you get what you pay for... This seemingly idyllic apartment turned into a six-month nightmare. I found myself compelled to involve HUD and provide Physician notes to terminate my lease without penalty. Despite my understanding of the building being non-smoking, a leasing agent, once documents were executed, exhibited a cavalier attitude. I'm seeing all these reviews about the Wheelhouse Boutique , I'm wondering if anybody found any help , did anyone get any of their issues resolved . I'm just now seeing all these reviews and I've been here pretty close to a month now and I haven't been able to sleep in my room from the smell of decay that I think is mold previously before finding out the smell was coming from the water rot in the walls in the window seals I thought it was from the animal here in my vents nonetheless I haven't had the enjoyment of using that ... read more
