I just want to give a quick shoutout to the wheelhouse maintenance staff.. these folks are always on it. Whenever it snows, they have guys out here shoveling right away.. I'm in a townhome and every one of our driveways are shoveled as well as the sidewalks, and even the sidewalks in the courtyard to our parking spots. And the best part is they do this RIGHT away or even in the middle of the night. Thank you wheelhouses maintenance! You all deserve a bonus for how much snow we've had this winter!

My experience with Boutique & Wheelhouse Apts has been impeccable! It all began with Zach, my leasing agent. He assisted me with the whole leasing process from start to finish. I was able to find an apt. that was a perfect fit for me because of his help. He was super friendly and responsive to all my emails and calls. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. I have lived in a Boutique/Wheelhouse managed apartments for years now and could not say more about the quality of this particular management company and the people who work there. Being that I have experienced many different living situations in the Denver area, I can say that Boutique/Wheelhouse apartments is the best in Denver. I ve lived in two different propertys of the wheelhouse aptmnts. Currently at Dexter Place. I definatly would ve given a 5 star if it wasnt because rent has gone up everytime we ve renew our lease which the first time was ok cuz they remodel the entire building and mos of the amanetis including parking lot gym hallways and elevator. The staff is very friendly and always on top of things when it comes down to maintenance requests or emergencys. This review is for the management company, not my specific apartment building: An incredibly professional, responsive, and efficient management company. They have always immediately addressed all maintenance issues within 24 hours (most of the time, in less than that). They are communicative (via posted notes in the building and emails) and are transparent about the work they do in the building. I wish their policies for subleasing or breaking the lease weren't so rigid, however.

I have rented an apartment at 2155 Josephine for over a year now. I love the area and rent is reasonable - especially for being in Observatory Park. The staff is friendly and my maintenance concerns are addressed quickly.

When I walked into my apartment at 1100 Bellaire Plaza, I knew I was home. Wheelhouse is diligent about keeping the apartment complex clean and I like that they are strict about their no smoking policy. The office is very kind and understanding when I am a couple days late on the rent and never judgmental. Essentially, what they have created is a home environment.

I live in the Columbine East unit and everything is either up to par or above expectations. There were a few issues at first, but the apartment company handled those in a prompt manner. I would recommend this apartment complex for renting needs.
