I ve lived in two different propertys of the wheelhouse aptmnts. Currently at Dexter Place. I definatly would ve given a 5 star if it wasnt because rent has gone up everytime we ve renew our lease which the first time was ok cuz they remodel the entire building and mos of the amanetis including parking lot gym hallways and elevator. The staff is very friendly and always on top of things when it comes down to maintenance requests or emergencys. This review is for the management company, not my specific apartment building: An incredibly professional, responsive, and efficient management company. They have always immediately addressed all maintenance issues within 24 hours (most of the time, in less than that). They are communicative (via posted notes in the building and emails) and are transparent about the work they do in the building. I wish their policies for subleasing or breaking the lease weren't so rigid, however.

I have rented an apartment at 2155 Josephine for over a year now. I love the area and rent is reasonable - especially for being in Observatory Park. The staff is friendly and my maintenance concerns are addressed quickly.

I live in the Columbine East unit and everything is either up to par or above expectations. There were a few issues at first, but the apartment company handled those in a prompt manner. I would recommend this apartment complex for renting needs.

I've lived here since January and have been happy with the apartment as well as the staff. Whenever anything goes wrong breaks or need fixing OWEN my building maintenance is there ASAP with a smile on his face (:! I love knowing that I pay for a place that will do whatever I need whenever I need it. He is a very hard working positive person and wheelhouse should be very thankful for him! I recently had to move to another part of town and into a new place, everyone that I talked with was amazingly helpful! Kayla Driscoll was my leasing agent and she was the absolute best! I had to change my dates around and she was entirely assistive, and I love the apartment I moved into. I would suggest them in a second to any of my freinds!

I had a great experience with Wheelhouse living in Sherman Commons. They were accommodating, fixed issues as soon as they arouse, and communicated well through out my almost two years living there. As a property management company, I understand that there is a lot to manage around town. Having folks over to sweep or rake leaves, shovel snow, etc in a timely manner was much appreciated. My experience with Wheelhouse (since April 2015) has been pretty outstanding. I live in the Altair apartment building - I wanted to take this opportunity to highlight some of the great work that these guys do. First, the cleaning crew that comes into our apartment building to clean the common areas - they do great work! They even pull out the washers and dryers to clean behind and around the machines.
