Brandon is the most competent facilities maintenance employee i have ever worked with. any time i place a work order (and i've placed several) no matter how big or small, it is addressed within 24 hours. his attitude is always on point and his attention to detail is impressive. any time he helps me he always asks if there is anything else i need and is willing to go out and get supplies for it immediately. The On-Site maintenance manager for Canyon Crest, Brandon S.- went above and beyond his duties, not only providing prompt service but exceptional clean up as well. The company itself might be one thing, but it's individual employees like Brandon are stellar and absolutely deserving of your business.
Our garbage disposal wasn't working and I called and needed service on it. I got it fixed the same day, the maintenance man (Jonathan Tovar) even took my trash out for me and gave me some advice about it.

Had a few problems when I moved in - the maintenance tech Donnie was super nice and so helpful! He listened to al my concerns, was very respectful of my space and items, and was thorough in showing me the solution to my problems. He's a great employee and should be an example to others!

Fox Run Apartments - Fraser, CO - Cy is the manager. We absolutely love what Cy has done with the place, as well as how eager he is to take care of our apartment; our apartment is a bit outdated with some minor renovations finished. We have been living in Fox Run for 4-5 years (i cannot remember lol!). Cy took over management about a year ago and he is killing it! Kevin at Wheelhouse has been a true lifesaver. Since I moved into my apartment, he has always responded when I had a maintenance request large or small. Kevin is prompt, friendly, and professional. He is truly kind and quick to laugh and these qualities always help when a person is a little frazzled by a smoke alarm that's malfunctioning etc.I cannot emphasize how much easier he has made my last life in the last six months.
Our apartment is in a great location of town. Right near some good restaurants and great grocery stores. There is parking in the back, a large backyard & communal washing machines. Maintenance has been really amazing as we've had problems since it's an older apartment. However, Kellen & John are always really quick to respond and get things done very efficiently.
