I have lived in these new apartments since they opened. Like all new constructions there are glitches that don't pop up until someone is actually living in the residence. I am giving Wheelhouse five stars for Ironworks apartment because of Jacob who handles maintenance. For every call and text I have made, he has been constant with responding promptly. My wife and I moved into the wheelhouse apartments in Fraser Colorado around 7 months ago. We have had nothing but great experiences here! Cy takes care of everything around here and is always friendly and on top of it! I would highly recommend looking into this company if you are looking for an apartment!

This property is very attentive, fast response with all needs and the maintenance man Joel and his team are phenomenal! Respectful, knowledgeable, and gets the job done!!!

I haven't lived in a wheelhouse apartment, but I did inquire about one briefly. To start, their staff actually answer the phones!!! I asked a few questions, and Travis answered what he could, told me he wasn't sure about one, but he would visit the apartment and get back to me. He got back to me within a couple hours! It's completely bonkers to me that some of these other leasing companies won't even answer their phones or respond to emails. Like hi, I'm trying to give you thousands of dollars?? Always impressed with the work the maintenance crew does on my building. Super fast and quality work. Would recommend Wheelhouse, specifically the property on Balsam Street to anyone looking.

I am so impressed above and beyond with the leasing office and maintenance team here. I locked myself out of my unit today carrying 500 things on my way to work. Realizing I had left my keys on the kitchen counter I called the leasing office right away! They were able to contact and have a maintenance man at my place and my door unlocked in under 10 minutes! I am so grateful and so lucky they have a team that really cares about their residents!

I actually had a really positive experience with Wheelhouse, which seems not to be the norm? Moving to Denver from out of state, I wasn't able to see the space in person beforehand but the leasing team made it easy for my friend in the area to see the apartment on my behalf, and I was able to put down a deposit without any trouble. The apartment itself is nice -- the building was constructed sometime in the late 1950s so it's definitely lacking in some modern features (gym, doorman, etc) but maintenance has been responsive t... read more

I just want to give a quick shoutout to the wheelhouse maintenance staff.. these folks are always on it. Whenever it snows, they have guys out here shoveling right away.. I'm in a townhome and every one of our driveways are shoveled as well as the sidewalks, and even the sidewalks in the courtyard to our parking spots. And the best part is they do this RIGHT away or even in the middle of the night. Thank you wheelhouses maintenance! You all deserve a bonus for how much snow we've had this winter!
