I'm seeing all these reviews about the Wheelhouse Boutique , I'm wondering if anybody found any help , did anyone get any of their issues resolved . If I could rate negative stars, I would. 100% DO NOT RENT HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. TRUST ME. I live in a boutique wheelhouse apartment and my experience has been awful. I would give them 0 stars. My home is always blazing hot and I have no control over the temperature- NOBODY from the company is willing to help. They also spent around 6 months renovating every unit around me at all hours of the day. There was no effort to do anything when I heard banging and drilling on all the walls around me. Today while the temperatures are in the negatives, I'm sweating because the apartment forced the heat to be at 80 degrees. After 7 hours of calling and emailing, Wheelhouse apartment is not fixing the issue. Terrible company. I'd give them 0 stars if possible.

These people are the true definition of slum lords. I inquired about an apartment in July and paid the $45 application fee as well as the $300 deposit to hold the apartment. Rent for this apartment was $1,050/mo, but I was told I had to pay "a full month of rent" for the security deposit - $1,295 instead. This is THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER LIVED WITH. They basically forced me and my Military husband out of our apartment because they refused to handle their business. Not only was our property damaged by our upstairs neighbors, but the insurance company they make you use doesn't cover anything AT ALL. If I could give this place a half star I would. After almost 12 months of living here our apartment has flooded an average of ONCE A MONTH! Station West is well aware of this chronic issue and has done absolutely nothing to fix it. Calling maintenance at 10:30 at night is "complying with their policy." There has been roaches since we moved in, I told them right away and they do nothing. Big guy does walk through and ask me about problems tell him exactly what. He sends someone to spray the house down, we did what was on the list the dude destroyed my house even more. I have been to urgent care 4x since i moved in because of them roaches! Horrible service. My fault for renting after multiple no shows in the showing process. Answered maybe 2 of 100 calls. Never returns voicemails. Only contact you when they need something. Least helpful group. Charged me full rent after 20 days of no heat or hot water. Stay away for real.
