These people are the true definition of slum lords. I inquired about an apartment in July and paid the $45 application fee as well as the $300 deposit to hold the apartment. Rent for this apartment was $1,050/mo, but I was told I had to pay "a full month of rent" for the security deposit - $1,295 instead. This is THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER LIVED WITH. They basically forced me and my Military husband out of our apartment because they refused to handle their business. Not only was our property damaged by our upstairs neighbors, but the insurance company they make you use doesn't cover anything AT ALL. I had to deal with the upstairs neighbors urinating from their porch to ours and all over our things. If I could give this place a half star I would. After almost 12 months of living here our apartment has flooded an average of ONCE A MONTH! Station West is well aware of this chronic issue and has done absolutely nothing to fix it. Calling maintenance at 10:30 at night is "complying with their policy." There has been roaches since we moved in, I told them right away and they do nothing. Big guy does walk through and ask me about problems tell him exactly what. He sends someone to spray the house down, we did what was on the list the dude destroyed my house even more. I have been to urgent care 4x since i moved in because of them roaches! I talk to the the lady who helped me and she starting yelling at me lile it was my fault! I never had a roach problem until i moved here. Horrible service. My fault for renting after multiple no shows in the showing process. Answered maybe 2 of 100 calls. Never returns voicemails. Only contact you when they need something. Least helpful group. Charged me full rent after 20 days of no heat or hot water. Stay away for real.

This management is the worst. Melody Apartments went over 2 weeks without basic conditions - no heat and no hot water. Attempting to get communication from Wheelhouse as to when services would be back and if there would be any tenant compensation, they avoided all phone calls and e-mails. STILL no response from them and it's been over a month. They know what they are doing is illegal and they do not care. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Bunch of cowards that hide behind covid as an excuse to not hold a front office and lie to you on the phone without any accountability. A Lawsuit is coming to these losers and they will be forced to hold a front office, so tenants can physically come in and talk to staff with any issues. do not rent from boutique apartments or wheelhouse. They take old apartments from the 70's and 80's and turn around and charge new tenants almost $1500 for a tiny one bedroom apartment without any improvements. Unfortunately I can't vote lower then one star, because even that is being generous. I guess I will start with the mold. From the day we moved in, the apartment smelled like sewage. We had submitted multiple requests to maintenance to address this issue, most were ignored entirely by our property manager, Whitney Wallace. Bunch of scumbag greedy property management who took over 5502 newland way in arvada. Trying to charge $1500 dollars rent with no improvements and appliances form the 80s and 90s. No one is going to paybl the prices after they see the condition of the building.
