Our building in Denver was taken over by them and what was once a well maintained building completely fell apart - the trash was never picked up, the alarms in the elevator went off constantly, the elevator was always broken, it stunk, etc etc etc. It just became a repulsive and unlivable situation. They're also very shady and unresponsive.

Homeless people camped out on the block and management wont do anything but tell us to call the police. Things stolen from my porch and homeless trying to break in to neighbors apts. one girl moved because of it and wheelhouse still charged her thousands. Cannot wait to move out

I'm taking the capitalist approach and informing others of my experiences and as i told matt i can't and won't care about your business more then you. Don't worry its only been worse with pipes that vibrate in the walls and scolding water for 5 second and luke warm water after the burn. But its in improvement since prior there was no hot water at all. Wheelhouse/Boutique is by far the worst property management company I've ever had to deal with. I have mold in my bathroom because there is no ventilation. When I complained about it they sent over a painter who just painted over the mold...one coat...then left leaving all his equipment including a huge fan in my tiny bathroom..claimed he would be back later that day and I still haven't heard from him. No clean up no treatment no scraping of the mold just paint. It was such a sloppy paint job I now have paint on the bathroom... read more

I don't even know where to begin, but I will give details since the leasing manager Kiersten refused to hear me out. I had two apartment showings with Boutique/Wheelhouse that were great, with a friendly agents Ethan and Stephanie. However, today I had a showing that was an absolute nightmare. This is the worst group of people I have ever had to deal with. They go back on their word about rent stuff and are very incompetent when it comes to repairs. I have so much unfinished business with them (especially regarding my constantly leaking ceiling and the furniture that was destroyed in the process) but honestly just want to move. Check your lease and save every notice/ receipt that has to do with money you give them. THEY WILL TRY AND SCREW YOU! I have to deal with these buttholes on a monthly basis. Apparently the people at Wheelhouse cannot read. They took over management when my building sold in April. I am still under my prior lease. My lease contains the following language..."Tenant must give 30 day written notice prior to the end of the month to terminate lease or automatic deposit loss." I gave 30 days written notice and they are withholding my deposit for terminating my lease early. Wheelhouse is very unprofessional. I moved from Texas up to Denver on Christmas day. At the time of us moving in, we already started to have issues. Wheelhouse had taken over the 7205 homes which had been converted to a 4 plex. I have gone weeks without having sustainable hot water (DURING WINTER). I would have to play a game of Russian rullette with the hot water. If I turned on my dishwasher and had the washing machine running, NO ONE in the house (including the downstairs) would have no hot water. When we finally got some... read more

I have never been late on a payment nor had any complaints. Wheelhouse took over the building I am at 2 days after resigning my lease. I am moving out at the end of the month. They are showing my place almost everyday. They are unprofessional via email. They are sarcastic and rude. All I wanted to know is if someone is coming into my home will there be a representative of wheelhouse there with them. They came in and left exposed live wires and left me with no explanation.
