Leasing agents are very unresponsive. Heat didn't work in the building and I went a month and a half with no heat in January-February. Their solution to me was to add more space heaters as they kept insisting the heat was running when the radiator was cold to the touch. My ceiling leaked on the third floor of the Tailwind apartments and I called the emergency line about it, nothing could be done but I had a maintenance person nice enough to come set down towels in case it leaked again. My leasing agent 'promised' me a front parking spot after 2-3 months, then when the time arrived, both she and the manager didn't reply to me or provide the spot. The Diplomat is full of inconsiderate tennants that some and go. Loud music, blatent 420 use, trash around the property as well as a noncommunicative manager made me decide that one year is enough.
I sent an email inquiry through their website on Saturday the 8th since they were out for the weekend. I received no response. I called on Tuesday the 18th and left a voicemail. I received a call back the next day (Wednesday) and we got the viewing appointment scheduled for Saturday the 29th at noon. I had requested a confirmation (email or text, which should be the norm but I got none). I called today, Thursday the 27th to let them know I may be 5 minutes late on Saturday because my prior appointment got moved up by 5 mins ... read more
Could care less about anything once you move in. Ongoing problems with our laundry machines and zero care that the company that is supposed to fix them doesn't. Have had questions about my bill without an answer. Have called the main office about five times to have these problems addressed and am told each time that someone will call me back. Have never been called back once.

The worst place I have ever lived. I am unfortunately a resident of the Winbro building in north cap hill. Probably one of the cheapest studios available in town, and for good reason. For $885 in rent you will receive a janky ass building with horrible odors in the hallways, a MINISCULE kitchen shoved into what was once a closet, with zero space to place anything, chop anything, you know...cook anything. I have been living in The Rocketship Building for over a year now. And as much as I love this location the owners are cheap and do not seem to care about what is actually going on in our building. There is a foul smell in the entry stairwell... not quite the way one would like to walk into a building. I along with others requested something to be done. I have left other bad reviews for this management company elsewhere and feel its necessary to cover all bases as the experience is SO bad. Please be cautious moving into REED PARK a refurbished place. Ideally it might look pretty but from day one I have endured nothing but issues! Do not waste your time getting one of these apartments!!!! We moved in and I called XCEL because there was a loud buzzing noise plus my sons floor was shaking so the first 2 weeks we didn't sleep and I threatened to move out then, l clearly should have. Unresponsive after they get your rent, took a month to get a new AC unit in July when it was 104 in my apt. 2 days to fix a hot water issue. To top it off Amanda is a thief so keep an eye on her around your property because it may come up missing. You cant ever get a hold of these people and they never call back. STAY AWAY!
