it may be convenient medical service and grateful there is, but a more thorough check needs to be done. My son complained about ear and throat pain. His chest was hurting and he had wheezing. We were told there were no infections or inflammation of ear or throat. He needed tested for covid. He got tested for covid and flu and both negative. He infact has 2 ear infections, strep throat, pneumonia, with upper respiratory infection that the drs here said he didn't have. Not a happy patient with this visit here.
I went there on 12/14/21 , when I got there I ask there girl how long of wait, she said I was 3 in line and about 45min to 1 hour, so I checked in and waited ,walk in get pushed back not right

Took my boys here a few times do to sickness as my youngest hasn't gotten better so I took him back yesterday to be told he's got allergies or a cold with asthma so I told him to Dr. Lucero to find out he's got a very bad sinus infection where his right side is almost closed, ear infection and Strip throat after they tested him yesterday for it but was told it was negative. Very disappointed

My husband rarely needs medical attention and the 2 times he has went there staff has been very rude, acted as if they are to busy and discourage you from staying as a walk in. The first time we chalked it up to a bad day. This second time same experience. Went to Convenient Care and John Karlin was very professional and quick service. Update: Office Manager Terri called me this morning and was very apologetic for how the staff treated my husband. My family arrived at this location at 8pm exactly (the closing time was 8) with a 4yr old child actively choking. We were turned away by the MA stating “we’re closed, you’re going to have to take him to an ER!”. The closest ER is over 15min away! There were Medical staff members still in the building and they refused to even look at him. They heard me telling the staff that “he’s choking, and are you serious?” He was actively choking!! The whole “save time, check in online” is crap. I tried to do that right when they open and it says they are full. So I drive 15 min out of my way with my sick child for them to tell me 1.5-2 hour wait or I can come back at 7pm. And a couple of little girls at the desk are the most unprofessional people I’ve ever seen. Luckily 1 was helpful and actually doing her job.

the staff in the place are sh*t. Very rude and not helpful. this place used to be a good place before all the new staff. I'm not sure who is in charge of this place now but someone sure is not managing it correctly.

I went in today to be seen, the waiting room was small and I asked if I could wait in my car and potentially go grab some lunch. I was told if I left the very small waiting area that didn’t allow social distancing I would lose my place in line. I understand that thy need to see people but not even allowing people to wait in their cars so they can properly social distance isn’t ok in my book.
it's Sunday... I tried to make an appt and went in and got turned away with my 2 year old who had had 103 fever for 3 days. like my son looks miserable and you have 2 cars in the parking lot but you're busy! shows how much that place cares!
