I do not recommend using Express Wellness for any of your health care. I made appointments on two different occasions for some routine lab work and completed the on-line registration only to be turned away up on arrival to the facility. They are completely unreliable for the community needs.

Don’t bother going to this urgent care if you need treatment for THE VIRUS. Their “company policy” doesn’t allow their doctors to prescribe medication that will make you well.

They did amazing with my daughter. However when it came to me, I was told just to take Sudafed and Flonase. If I wasn’t better in 7 days to call and she’d get me some meds. So it’s day 5 after seeing the nurse practitioner, my throat is worse and there’s blood in the mucous I’m spitting up. I have called 3 times since 830 this morning. 2 times I was told I would recieve a call back. The second time I was told 30 minutes and I should have a call. After waiting over an hour just to take a pre-employment drug screening. I finally had to leave. Staff was very rude. I will check with my employer to see if there are other options for clinics.
the one in McAlester Oklahoma has the rudest bunch ever. We cancelled our appointment & WILL NOT go back. Absolutely unprofessional

The check in process was super easy. The staff was super welcoming. The wait time was flawless. The care was sub-par. My 2 year old has a visibly red ear, is verbally telling people it hurts and crying about it, and is running a fever. The doctor said she didn't see enough fluid for it to be an ear infection. They used a forehead temperature scanner that didn't work properly to get a reading. I told them he had been warm. They sent us home with no meds and no suggestions.
