Not being able to get into my doctors office, I decided to go to the new urgent care. Walked in there at 6:15, because I don’t get off work until 530 and it’s a half an hour drive home, just to be turned away because they can’t see me. Its 615, you don’t close until eight and there’s three people in the lobby, how can you not see me? How are you booked until 8 o’clock? Make it make sense…

this place needs to learn how to care for the well being of their patients and let the families in with their patients who needs the caretaker in the room with them my friend Jon Harwood was their with his Mother & they refused him to go in the room with her and she has Dementia so he is her care taker they need to change their policy when it comes to this I wouldn't trust them with my care since they are like that hope this review helps people to choose a better place for their loved one

It is very upsetting to hear how your clinic treated my family members today. My cousin whom is the caretaker of his elderly mother who suffers with alzhheimers brought her in for a covid test. Staff members blatantly refused to allow him to accompany his mother for her test. the staff member was extremely rude which caused a very emotional scene for his mother. Zero compassion for their patients. The covid test was not given and they will not be returning to your facility.

this is the last place other than grady mem I will go. I understand waiting because they are busy that's no problem at all but now I am required to do a registration form everytime I come in as if I'm a new patient, I have sat in my car close to 2 hours, and when I called to see how fat in line I was the girl answered my question and it was fine with me but when I proceeded to ask why we have to register everytime now she became rude and told me it came down from corporate which is fine and I understand that aspect of it I j... read more

After my experience last night I will not be returning for any services at this establishment. I have never experienced such poor bedside manners. 10 out of 10 don't recommend.

I just wanted to let you know my feelings, on September 5, 2021, I visited the clinic with my daughter with symptoms of covid and only asked for a covid19 test, the PCR and the rapid test, they performed both of us, that day the doctor who only entered to the room to say the results and nothing else because the doctor never checked our throat, ears or chest, he told me that the result of the rapid test of my daughter and mine will be negative, we left and on September 8, 2021 they called to Notify that the results of my daug... read more

They misdiagnosed pneumonia in my 2 year old grandson. Said he had hand foot and mouth. Take your littles to the GPRMC ED.

Beware - if your insurance doesn’t pay in full, they will send you a bill & then turn around & debit your bank account with the debit card they require you to put on file to even be seen.

The wait is unbelievable. I have been here for two hours and still waiting to be seen. All I came in for is a antigen shot. This is unexceptable and will not come back.
