Three times I’ve been here, twice with an appointment. All three times I’ve waited over an hour.
Would not recommend. Unfortunately it’s the only urgent care available in our area so I have been there 3 times. My primary is an hour away also. Each time I say I will not return. But then I do. This last time will definitely be the last time. I had been prescribed an antibiotic and given a steroid shot. I have developed thrush due to the antibiotics but they refused to call in a simple mouth wash unless I come and be seen again. I have amazing insurance so I’m sure it’s just a ploy to get another payment. Highly disappoint... read more
Very rude lady at the desk! I was the only person in there she was cleaning when I came in I have the best insurance with a co-pay but she wouldn’t see me because I didn’t have a debit card to keep on file I told her I had $100 and she said well I can’t help you you need 130. I said I came do you for help in I have the best insurance that there is, I said I have $100 I have never not paid my bill. She said I’m sorry I can’t help you and shut the window.
I took my 3 year old to Xpress Wellness on Monday bc I thought she had a uti. Her primary dr couldn’t get her in until Wednesday and I didn’t want to wait that long. Well, after almost 2 hours of her screaming in pain trying to get her to pee for a urine sample, they put a catheter in to get the urine sample.... they said they’d have the results in 24 hrs bc they send off to a lab. I visited this urgent care yesterday, paid my co pay and went back for less than 10 minutes before they just told me to go to the ER. They gave me a urine cup and said they wanted to test me for something and then when I told them I’d need a minute because I didn’t have to go that’s when they seemed to get impatient and just told me to go to ER. Also I told them I had nausea and the nurse assistant kept Saying “since you are throwing up” talk about needing some active listening skills. 10/10 do not recommend this place. I un... read more
Let me preface, this business has the nicest staff and friendliest front desk. unfortunately my care was subpar. I was examined & sent home with antibiotics for the hole in my arm. After being called back to say I had multiple fractures, not a sprain I was called back for a splint. my right pinky, hand & wrist were fractured. I went in for a hard splint. it didnt support hand or pinky. went back & requested a second. while it supported my hand & pinky, it was I'll fitting & scrapped arm. Paid my copay because that’s the policy. You cannot get seen until you pay your copay. Paid cash. My mistake!! They billed me the copay and said I never paid. I had to repay the $50. Never pay cash because they steal it or “lose” it and make you repay.
been waiting here for 2 and a half hours with my son without being seen. if you need "urgent" care go somewhere else...
The Dr. we seen didn't listen to my concerns or the fact that I know my child and what happens with him when he gets sick. we are about to be in a major snow storm and I knew he had some kind of infection starting. she didn't even come back in the room after he tested - for flu/covid. she sent in the nurse to tell me she would send over the Albuterol and cough syrup and to send us out. needless to say I woke up this morning with a child running 101 fever. luckily integris where pediatrician is located has an on call center s... read more
