Waited over an hour just to do a drug test just to be told they messed up my paperwork and they would have to contact my employer for a new one. Very unprofessional and unorganized in my opinion
Been there before and I would have recommended after today I wouldn’t.
I made a appointment and was told walk would go before me. The front desk was very short.
Make sure you double check your bank account to ensure they take your copay at the time of your visit. If you don’t they can possibly drain your bank account right at Christmas time and leave you stuck with overdraft charges.
I have to hand it to you!! My dad made online reservations to be Covid tested. He got there 25 minutes early, called and was told to wait until he received a return call. His appointment time was 5:56. He got there at 5:31 and waited until 6:55. Then he called wanting to know if he was forgotten. YES HE WAS!! YOU FORGOT A SICK MAN IN THE PARKING LOT AND YOU WEREN'T EVEN BUSY!!!! Waiting feeling sick for 1 1/2 hrs to be tested. Holy cow and you were not even busy. I got to the place 10 minutes before scheduled appointment as required. I checked in and was asked to wait in my car until they called my cell ph. After waiting an hour, I called the receptionist and enquired about the length of the wait. She assured me she had the correct number and there were two people ahead of me and something about the internet being down. In all I waited 1 1/2 hrs to get in, it’s hard to be patient when you’re not feeling well. I can say the doctor and staff were kind and professional.
I seen three people and all 3 tried to shove a Covid-19 test at me and flu test. Must be making extra $ for giving the test
You go in not sure if you need to go to the ER & you're told we can't see you at 1800 hours because we are booked up, so take yourself on home or wherever & try again tomorrow. Luckily I stayed with the person I took & was there when he came out! Will NEVER go there again. We went to the ER & they took great care of my family & are getting him helped.
