We waited well over an hour and a half in the parking lot for a covid test ... why on earth would it take anyone that long for someone to come out and take a 30 second test?!?!?
I was very disappointed in my experience at this clinic. Went for a covid test. Front desk receptionist was not friendly or kind, registration was difficult on my phone, seemed unorganized and after waiting 1 1/2 hours was told they could not retest me even though I needed it for work and have immuno compromised family members.
Feel free to use this place if you want your debit/credit card withdrawn from a month later. They won’t bill you! They’ll just automatically take it upon themselves to get paid. I didn’t even get a bill in the mail. The lady said “we sent you and email. It could have gone to your junk mail.” How many of you check your junk mail!? Also you will not be told of any such thing to happen as you check into the office. You just lost my business!
Called at 8 AM to make an appointment. Because before COVID-19 you could get on the Xpress wellness app to reserve a spot. Now the app says to call. Was told ma’am this is an urgent care we do not make appointments.... OK well we live an hour away so we head to Xpress wellness in Sapulpa Oklahoma get there to be told our appointment will be at 1:30!!
The staff was hateful. I had to wait an hour to get results on a 5 minute strep test.
I dont trust them. my husband went in last week. they sayed he had a sinus infection 5 day of antibiotics he still doesn't feel better and we can't even talk to the doctor that he seen. I now have wantever he has.
Been in twice, very rude at the front desk. I’ve been waiting over an hour for a test they get results back in 15 minutes. After I sat in My car for over an hour to begin with. If I didn’t have to have this today, I would not be here!
This place sucks.. i waited 4 hours just to get a Covid test.. wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. The health department can get you tested faster, and they're free.
people at front desk have very poor people skills . really like to show to show their bad manors to the customers. probably get better service, and less of a hassle at the welfare office.
