Very helpful and courteous.
We have been pleased with our internet service from Zirrus and when we needed technical assistance we couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received. The technician was extremely friendly and helpful and reconnected our internet promptly. He was very professional and when I tried to give him a tip he declined explaining he wasn’t permitted to accept it. Zirrus is fortunate to have him as an employee. We are grateful for his service.
Had a streaming problem. Thought it was an outage. Linda suggested unplugging SMART TV. That was it! She took the time to call me back with my streaming service support phone number if I ever needed it. She’s why I do business with Zirrus!
