I have been going to this clinic for years and finally have had it with the office staff. Mary in particular is the very reason I will not step foot back in this place or recommend anybody go there. The rest of the office staff is not much better. I get my dogs medicine refilled routinely and every time I go pick it up they tell me his is due for something else(bloodwork, rabies shot, etc.) even though he was just in there. Worst place to have your dog groomed. Every time I go there they tell me I need a check up or another shot before I can have my dog groomed. I have no problem with updating my dogs shots or a check up. However, the problem is they mention this to you upon arrival. I'm not sure why they wouldn't mention an extra $150-$200 charge when I was scheduling the appointments. It only seems logical to mention " the dog requires etc.. before they can be groomed." I will not be returning.

I can't even give this place a star! While on vacation, we left our two dogs there for 5 nights and when our son went to pick them up, our lab was covered in her own feces. When I called to complain, the manager told me it was my fault for picking them up a day early and they didn't have time to give them a bath. So they felt it was okay to charge me over $560 and hand one of our dogs back to us filthy with feces from the kennel. We will never be back!

Unimpressed. I have been taking one of my animals here for a long term prescription and get them three months at a time. At every renewal they say they need to see my animal, never mind how much stress it puts on my elderly cat, never mind that she is in good health, never mind that because of her age we will not be using any interventions to prolong her life, this med keeps her comfortable. I have utilized this vet office to care for barn cats that came my way and received caring and professional service. However i have since had issues with a couple of young staff which has resulted in unprofessional treatment when i brought a puppy in for first vet check. I was made to wait over an hour and then did not receive a vet check. I tried talking to another vet or manager and told no one was available. Due to the drs negligence my dog needed another surgery (he missed something obvious during the first surgery) then my dog developed Mrsa, a staff infection, and a bacterial infection in his wound. The Dr never tested him for infection like he said he would and never documented the second surgery. The best dr they had saved my dogs life after the part owner almost killed him due to infections but she left the practice to work somewhere else. Please take your furry babies somewhere else - they deserve better care

They suck...charged us 135.00 extra to have our poor family dog who was being put down and to be out of pain , came in and told us we had to pay and they were cutting her head off to be tested for rabies ,all I did was tell the tech not to pick her up with out the towel and showed her my hand, I had a small wound from her from the day before ....poor dog was in so much pain and was a client of the yv vet...bogas

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS. I took my three year old dog here and the doctor said she needed immediate surgery or she was going to die very soon. They said we had no other option. We were terribly afraid and then to add to that they also said she had a high fever and wanted to give her 2 vaccines right before the surgery. This was going to cost about $1800. My Puppy died. Do NOT leave your animal here. EVER. Get a second opinion. ALWAYS. I took my just purchased puppy here bc they were listed as the store's "preferred vet". He had not eaten since the day before, so the vet put soft food in front of him and he ate. Said maybe he's just adjusting to the house. No fever. She didn't take him to the back, they had me weigh him on the giant scale out front. 1 pound 8 ounces.
