Gets Jammed Too Easily The turbine on this cleaner are rubber fins attached to a ball, which if anything gets stuck in the ball or where the fins begin their turn the cleaner stops moving. I bought this because it was cheaper than a Hayward cleaner, but for as much as I need to babysit it I would much rather have just spent the extra money on a Hayward cleaner. Leaks Air In Lines, Won't Work DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM FROM THIS SELLER. We have had this for 6 weeks. It worked the first time like a champ. The next time less so, now, It leaks air through the line so power is reduced. As a result, it gets stuck in one particular corner and on the return line in the deep end (didn't get stuck either place when first purchased). There is no return and there is no way to contact the seller. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM.

Stopped working and F- customer service Customer service is terrible beyond words. So it completely stopped moving and just sits in one spot. The seller says they will charge a 50% restocking fee if they can’t find anything wrong with it. So it’s totally up to their discretion, how convenient for them. I cancelled all my pool subscriptions with them and won’t ever buy from them again. If you want a crappy product with horrible customer service. Don’t waste your money. Doesn’t work Product stopped working after 1 month. Didn’t vacuum well either. Does not clean in cleaning cycle and product ran at night.

Check return policy specially if hide the first purchase Pump is great but sent me 2 of them cuz they didn't show my purchase ordered a second one to get the original 1 that I wanted but to return it wanted me to pay 70.00 when they could have printed me a label and deducted it from return so have 2 wanted 1
