WASTE OF MONEY! Hose too heavy, won't stay flat on pool floor. I've spent the last 2 weeks trying to get this vacuum to work correctly in my pool. Today is July 7. Disappointed This pool cleaner could make it 5 minutes without getting stuck. It has an optional leaf catcher attachment that I purchased but one leaf will plug the cleaner up so not sure what the point in having a leaf catcher is... all in all the cleaner does not work at all. Very poor product in my opinion. Guess you get what you pay for.....

Flimsy cleaner and poor quality After a month the cleaner stopped working or works intermittently. It certainly doesn't clean the pool stairs and always gets stuck there. The seller has not been very helpful. I would not recommend this product. Pay a little more and get a better made product.

Don't waste your money. Doesn't work at All. Unfortunately I missed the window to return it so I guess I'm out hundreds of dollars.

Great for sediment only, but can't handle the slightest bit if debris with body (a leaf) Easy to setup, but the connection to the vaccuum line adapter leaks air (had to tape it with electrical tape to use). A single leaf will jam the vaccuum powered drive mechanism and stop the unit. After a few jams, the unit will no longer drive itself when it is the only device connected to a 3/4 hp pump. Not much value for the money when it self-destructs after 2 months of use.

can't recommend product product did not work, returned it and received another that didn't work. I bought one for my aunt several years ago and that one works just fine

Don’t buy Stays stuck on ledges and steps. Grinds the pool finish down. Manufacturer will not respond.

What does it take to return this defective product? My product is defective, it does not work! I have tried calling customer service, emailing customer service, leaving my number to be called back at customer service....nothing!! Buyer Beware!!
