High Expense At Low Quality I have had the vacuum for about 6 months. At first I was excited to have such a nice looking vacuum. I should have know it was all look but not value. First, if you have twigs fall in your pool be wary! It will get stuck in the motor and cause it to jam. It also has a problem with stairs and walls. So if you have either or both, dont buy this. poor performance At first it would not move no matter how the suction was adjusted. Eventually, it began moving slowing (very slowly), but would jam on the smallest piece of debris. It does not climb the walls and after about an hour, it just spins in a circle in one spot. Extremely disappointed in this product.

doesnt work This product doesn't work and you have to try different ways to try to make it work. A better product is haywood it cost more but no problems setting it up and working. Amazon doesn't give you credit when you want to return the Zodiac product, so you lose money so Amazon and Zodiac don't lose money. Because of this I will curtail my buying any more Amazon products.

Faulty design The vacuum creates a turbulence and most of the sediment gets stirred up and floats around. It makes the water cloudy. I had to buy a hand-held vacuum brush and hand vacuum the pool. I was very disappointed with it.

Doesn’t work Did not pick up small debris and algae. Spent over 5 hours troubleshooting vacuum climbs wall then drops off goes back to the center of the pool. Seller asking questions already answered and not authorizing a refund.

Doesn't suck up leaves with stems This vacuum did not work at all for my pool. It would get stuck every time it sucked up a leaf with a steam on it. I would have to remove the steam manually to get the things running again. If I have to be out there I might as well use a manual cleaner that works much better. The whole point of an automatic cleaner is to not be required to be present and constantly fixing it. Do not waste your money on this one unless you have no debris in your pool.
