DO NOT BUY- THEY WILL NOT REFUND So, I bought this product only to discover my pump was too weak to run this equipment. My problem is when I went to return it, they refused me because I had submerged it in water. So before you submerge in water be absolutely positive it fits your pump. Very Disappointed, it only stayed in water for 10 minutes and I dried it out a whole day and then boxed it up just like it came to me.

How to set the pool vacuum up I purchased the pool Vacuum two weeks ago and it still isn't working. I purchased a new pool filter and it did not fix the issue with suction. I am running out of options and final conclusion is to return the item.

Increase Flowkeeper setting. 2. Check diaphragm for damage or wear. 3. Backwash filter and empty pump basket. 4. Check for air in system. If water level in pump basket drops, check hose connections, tighten all fittings at pump, check gasket in pump basket for wear. Never gets stuck I've watched the Zodiac for several hours, several times, since I got it, and it has worked it's way out of any object, even the ladder, Highly recommend the MX-6, It's like a 4 wheel drive Jeep in your pool

Hose sections develop breaks quickly I purchased this from Backyard Pool Superstore. Within a few months one of the sections of hose had developed breaks. I had an extra section because my pool is not big enough to use all 8 sections that came with it, so I just replaced it. 8 months later I discovered my pool pump running dry. After shutting it down I discovered 3 more sections of hose had broken and I was lucky my pump did not burn out. The broken sections surfaced and were sucking air into the system. DOES NOT WORK I have troubleshooted it in so many ways and followed all instructions. This vacuum does not work. Maybe I received a dysfunctional piece. I asked amazon to initiate a return, but they said I have to trouble shoot with the manufacturer before I can return the item so they can confirm it doesn't work. Bad for a pool with leaves / debris!! If I could return mine I would. This cleaner is awful. If you have any sort of leaves / debris on your pool floor, it’ll more than likely get jammed in the wheel of the cleaner and stop it from moving. Easily my worst purchase.

MX6 I was not a fan of this item. It didn’t work so I had to send it back. Buyer beware, you will have to pay a restocking fee even if the item does not work and you return it in the reasonable timeframe. I was out $75 I believe. No a happy camper.
Junk This vacuum is garbage! All it does is flip on its side and not suck anything up!
