Do NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! It is terrible It does not clean the pool at all. It works sporadically. I had pool company out multiple times troubleshooting and the only problem was this cleaner. Do not purchase from In The Swim Pool Supplies. They would not stand behind this product and accept a return. I purchased a new robotic cleaner from another supplier and it actually cleans the pool. This product is JUNK.
Does not go in reverse. This is the worst pool cleaner I have ever purchased. It's major flaw is that it does not go in reverse. It tries to turn around but ends up going in the same direction. It takes days for it to clean the entire pool. It constantly gets stuck on the steps. It always falls over and loses traction. I could care less if it cleans the walls and steps, I just want it to clean the bottom, and it can't even do that. Disappointed It will work for sometime and then it will stop. We are not happy with this. We are unable to return it since we were travelling and the seller doesn’t want to accept it. Not a good value for money.
Do not get for leaves, only small dirt particles Do not get if you have any type of leaves, they will clog vacuum.
I BEG YOU, DO NOT BUY! HORRIBLE PRODUCT, HORRIBLE SELLER! This was a total waste! Since setting it up 2 months ago it hasn't worked at all. I read a ton of other reviews with people having similar problems and against my better judgement, I still bought it. I am so angry this is complete garbage. The seller refused to accept the return. We took it to the closest pool store as our additional warranty company told us to do and they too can't figure out why it's never worked. Not worth my money The vacuum worked the first two times I used it. However when it encountered a single leaf it was stunned... The third time I used it didn't work anymore. I tried adjusting the settings according to the instructions, and then tried every setting, but could not make it work again.
Waste of money !! This was left when we purchased the home. So glad I didn’t waste my money on this. I put it in the pool and it goes back and forth but can’t tell that it’s even cleaning. Then sometimes it goes around in circles gets to side of pool and just sits there and spins. Do yourself a favor and try something else!!
Worst buy ever It stucks on the ridge where the pool gets deep. It stucks between the ladder and the wall. I need to run the pump nearly on max otherwise it wouldn't move. After 1 year new hose, new rubber track new gears because they ask disintegrated. And now the other side wouldn't move. I'll be buying something else. This is a waste of money.
Stuck like chuck I bought this mx6 and I can say it cleans very well.... when it’s not stuck on every corner(especially),the pool light ,the steps ,the outside edge of the skimmer ,etc.. I’ve had it a year and a half and had to change the tracks already and the internal blades not to mention the hoses are breaking in half now ..great cleaner but I’m looking For a new brand I’m sick of knocking this thing off every surface in the pool gesssssh..
