Waste of money! Do not clean well! This vacuum is horrible. Barely cleans my pool. Evey 5 feet, it twirls around 3 times, missed the debris, and goes up the wall again. Then it wastes 10-30 seconds spurting water at the top. Waste of money. Wish I can return it.

Defective The unit did not work. I took all the steps recommended, such as adjusting flow, backwashing filter, checking blockage, but it would not vacuum. I returned item, but did not get a full refund. Pursuing this. I am not a happy camper.

THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DON’T BUY THIS CLEANER IF YOU DON’T WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY! I purchased my Zodiac Barracuda MX6 on June 28, 2019 from In The Swim, an Amazon seller. The cleaner gets stuck at the steps of my pool constantly and it won’t reverse direction even when the wheels keep spinning. I have to pull the hose in order to move the cleaner away from the steps but then, 30 or 45 minutes later, it gets stuck at the steps again. Complete waste of money. This thing has a mind of its own and it strives to ruin itself. It spins in place, gets stuck on everything, and will drive up the side of the pool, start sucking air, and the filter loses suction, then it will just sink to the bottom and not move. for 260$ its a complete failure. I highly doubt i can even get a refund. Dont waste your money, get a regular cleaner instead of a little robot.

Never worked out of the box. Never could get the unit to clean the pool. It kept getting caught in a corner or on anything that wasn’t flat. Just stoped using after several times. Would love to fine a good cleaner or fix this one.

It is not reliable pool bot After 9 months own weekly using. 1) Changed both tracks. 2) It killed my old pool pump. 3) Driving mechanism became too hard to move despite I cleaned it. 4) Hose always tangling. 5) During the work it using skimmer suction inlet therefore water surface becoming dirty especially during the big winds. I changed this not to smart electric not.

It doesn’t work correctly Work okay first month and after that it stop working. I would constantly have to take out the vacuum from the pool and wait an hour, than reinstall it. It really becomes a pain that it happens every three days!
