Only Lasted 3 months We got this in January and it worked great! Fast forward to April and it just stopped working. Terrible customer service and out $300 now.
Stay away. Whatever you do, don’t get this. The vacuum gets stuck all the time. If you have any sort of debris that’s bigger than a small leaf, the debris will get caught inside and eventually cause it to stop sucking. It’ll be obvious when you see it’s not moving and all the suction is getting lost in the relief valve. I honestly hate this thing. I wish I could return it. It’s been almost two years. Worked good for a day Impeller gets stuck by what appears to be a faulty design. Good suction and the leaf canister works great but the actual vacuum is poorly made. I've not gone through the return process but that sounds like a struggle. Buy something else...

Returned it, not very strong, not able to do what it says it does. NOT a good product. May work in a very small pool maybe but it is not a good product.

Worked well for 2 years but doesnt last We had our pool guy purchase and install the Zodiac MX6, his strong recommendation, when our old Hayward cleaner bit the dust after many years of faithful service. The MX6 worked well for about 2 years, but then started falling apart, literally. First to go were the hose pipe segments, which would unravel at the lightest touch due to the combination of chlorine and ultraviolet light in our Californian pool. Don't buy. Gets stuck and then seller charges a 25% restocking fee. Needs lots of suction. Gets stuck when it does move. And seller charges huge 25% restocking fee plus return shipping. Do not buy especially from this seller.

Debris in the pool will stop unit from working I had a different brand for 6 years and it worked great at picking up almost anything in the pool, but this vacuum gets debris in it and stops. Since it is a high efficiency unit it has no spacing for any debris to go through. I have to run it at a higher speed than recommended to keep it from stopping which will probably wear out faster than it should.

Horrible product Worst product ever. Purchased this product 2/2018 less than a year later had to spend $115 for it to get repaired as it would not move. Now 8 months later won’t work again! Complete waste of money and no warranty support! Contacted manufacturer multiple times no response!
