Beware. They only refunded 45% It works fine at the beginning. But then it kept stuck in the corners . Especially the stairs. I tested it for couple hours. But it never go to the middle of the pool. It’s not gonna get the work done. So I decided to return it. Here the problem comes. They only refunded $129.15. But I’ve paid $287.83 included tax for it.

Works fine for a month or so then stops roaming This is the second Zodiac MX6 In-Ground Suction Side Pool Cleaner I bought. The first was a repaired Zodiac MX6 from my local Pinch a Penny. That worked fine for a few weeks then I noticed it was moving around the pool. I took it out and made sure nothing was stuck inside the wheels. No obstructions. the tracks just wouldn't move well, I had to help it along. So, I thought maybe I was had by the store and decided to just buy a NEW Zodiac MX6 In-Ground Suction Side Pool Cleaner ... read more

Gets stuck constantly It gets stuck on the steps. No matter where I put it in the pool within 5 minutes it’s back on the steps stuck. It also leaves black tire marks in the pool

Wish it sucked but can't even do that Simply doesn't last more than a year before you have to spend more money on parts (and hoses) just to make it run for a month. It will sit on the bottom of your pool and you will fiddle with it and look at YouTube but it will continue to frustrate. Just go back to hand vacuuming the pool.

only works when it feels like it This is supposed to be an "automatic" pool cleaner. That is a joke when you have to hand start the wheels turning 3 days out of 5. Sometimes it does work on its own. Most days I have to pull it out of the pool and turn the wheels by hand to get it started. Will not buy it again.

Hoses break too easy It will be a year in March since I bought the zodiac in ground pool cleaner and it works really well but the only problem I am having is the hoses I Already had to replace 8 hoses and at 20.00 a piece which cost me an extra 160.00. The reason why I bought this vacuum was because it was a great deal but now spending more money on just hoses I already spent close to 600.00 I could have bought a much better vacuum if I knew the hoses were that flimsy. I would not recommend this vacuum to anyone

    Business response:

Hi Victoria, We're sorry you're experiencing hose issues with your Zodiac MX6 Suction Side Pool Cleaner; this isn't how we'd like you to experience your cleaner. We recommend that you contact the pool professional who installed the product to diagnose the problem and process any warranty claims. Thank you for your patience.
