Wheels don't turn I tried everything for this thing but the wheels never move. Suction is great on the hose, set to max suction on the valve. Wheels never turn. Even got a replacement, still nothing. On the replacement, everything in the box was just shoved in, most likely someone else's return. Theres a whole in one of the treads. Very disappointed. I mean it doesnt work at all.

Gets stuck constantly Will only run maybe 10 minutes before getting stuck: it gets stuck going sideways on a step or the edge of a buddy seat and the tread simply sits and spins on the lip of the stair/seat indefinitely. It absolutely will not free itself until it is freed by hand since the rotation isn't strong enough to break the hanging tread free of the ledge.

Poor suction Clogs up easily; Negative This unit doesn’t move across the pool floor. It has poor suction. If it encounters any debris it chokes up and it stops. Very poor quality.

Product return My pool guy brought it to Pinch a Penny for the defective product per the manufacturer &s instruction. Pinch a Penny can’t tepair it. I ask to return the product a month ago and never heard a response from them. It’s sitting in my patio a product that is useless with no response from Amazon nor the manufacturer.

Do NOT buy this cleaner! This pool cleaner is horrible and does not move after awhile. I waited to write a review to really see what it does/doesn’t do and I will tell you it doesn’t clean the bottom of my pool, it won’t even move. The water flows through the cleaner like it should but the wheels do not turn and when I check there is NOTHING stuck in the gears. Didn't last and warranty is too short 160 months old. Replaced a Polaris that the motor was bad but physically was still in great shape. The hoses are unraveling and falling apart. I called the warranty number and they said the unit is out of warranty. When I questioned them to why the hoses would have failed so quickly, they blamed it on the fact we submerged them in water. I pointed out that this is how an in-ground cleaner works but it made no difference. The response was clearly a scam and totally irresponsible of the ma... read more

3500 rpm pump speed! Works great but is not low flow like advertisements. Wont cycle correctly under 3500 rpm pump speed
