It was cheap and does a cheap job. Not worth the money This is not a good pool cleaner. Unless you have the other suction ports closed or partially close at the pump, the creeper has a difficult time staying flat on the pool surface. It will roll around the pool in a 45 degree angle sucking water but nothing off the bottom until you push it down to grab hold of the pool surface. If you have a really strong pump it may do better. Do NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! It is terrible It does not clean the pool at all. It works sporadically. I had pool company out multiple times troubleshooting and the only problem was this cleaner. Do not purchase from In The Swim Pool Supplies. They would not stand behind this product and accept a return. I purchased a new robotic cleaner from another supplier and it actually cleans the pool. This product is JUNK.
Does not go in reverse. This is the worst pool cleaner I have ever purchased. It's major flaw is that it does not go in reverse. It tries to turn around but ends up going in the same direction. It takes days for it to clean the entire pool. It constantly gets stuck on the steps. It always falls over and loses traction. I could care less if it cleans the walls and steps, I just want it to clean the bottom, and it can't even do that. Disappointed It will work for sometime and then it will stop. We are not happy with this. We are unable to return it since we were travelling and the seller doesn’t want to accept it. Not a good value for money.
Do not get for leaves, only small dirt particles Do not get if you have any type of leaves, they will clog vacuum.
I BEG YOU, DO NOT BUY! HORRIBLE PRODUCT, HORRIBLE SELLER! This was a total waste! Since setting it up 2 months ago it hasn't worked at all. I read a ton of other reviews with people having similar problems and against my better judgement, I still bought it. I am so angry this is complete garbage. The seller refused to accept the return. We took it to the closest pool store as our additional warranty company told us to do and they too can't figure out why it's never worked.
