Not worth my money The vacuum worked the first two times I used it. However when it encountered a single leaf it was stunned... The third time I used it didn't work anymore. I tried adjusting the settings according to the instructions, and then tried every setting, but could not make it work again.
Waste of money !! This was left when we purchased the home. So glad I didn’t waste my money on this. I put it in the pool and it goes back and forth but can’t tell that it’s even cleaning. Then sometimes it goes around in circles gets to side of pool and just sits there and spins. Do yourself a favor and try something else!!
Worst buy ever It stucks on the ridge where the pool gets deep. It stucks between the ladder and the wall. I need to run the pump nearly on max otherwise it wouldn't move. After 1 year new hose, new rubber track new gears because they ask disintegrated. And now the other side wouldn't move. I'll be buying something else. This is a waste of money.

Stuck like chuck I bought this mx6 and I can say it cleans very well.... when it’s not stuck on every corner(especially),the pool light ,the steps ,the outside edge of the skimmer ,etc.. I’ve had it a year and a half and had to change the tracks already and the internal blades not to mention the hoses are breaking in half now ..great cleaner but I’m looking For a new brand I’m sick of knocking this thing off every surface in the pool gesssssh..

The jury is still deliberating. I just got the MX6 yesterday and went through the assembly and setup procedure. The first step says to turn off the main drain but does not mention it again. Do I leave it off? Do I turn it back on? The next step is to assemble the hose, connect enough to reach the furthest point plus one section. Check. Next is to time the number of rotations of the propeller (10 rotations in 20 seconds). What do you do when the propeller stalls at that suction rate? Disappointed After trying for the second time I’m definitely disappointed. So I tried adjusting the suction and it started working for a moment but then it suddenly stopped I had to manually move it so that it will move the problem was that it stopped every time. Next after viewing some help videos I tried it again and then it work for about 10 minutes stopped working on got wrapped up in its own line. Definitely not gonna buy again spent weekends trying to solve the problem but the problem was not me it was the product.

Poor quality hose. I like the fact it doesn't get hung up on stairs like creepy crawly did, but I'm on second season with it and the hose is falling apart and each piece to replace is $20 for each piece and roughly 3 foot sections.
Constantly stuck This is the "dumbest" pool vacuum there is. It doesn't change direction or reverse when it gets stuck. It just sits there spinning it's treads. I even replace the directional device; it still works like crap. Save your money. Every day I have to go out and free it from the stairs or another spot where there is a rounded side area of the pool. It will get to one of those places and sit there for hours unless I go out and free it 4-5 time a day. I don't have time to babysit this piece of crap.
Doest not operate properly DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME I have a two speed pump and salt water chlorinator, in order for the chlorinator to operate properly I need to run my pump at slow speed. When running the MX6 on slow speed (for reasons described above) the unit does not operate efficiently, does not climb walls, does not pick up leaves, therefore; DOES NOT PERFORM AS EXPECTED.
