Defective product Assembled by my pool guy. Did not work. Defective will return.
Unit stops and just sits on bottom of pool Super easy set up. I have had this set up in my pool for 3 days now and it is still not clean. 16x32 foot rectangular pool. The actual unit in the pool stops every few minutes. for no apparent reason. I waste more time babysitting it and re connecting it and re setting it to make it work. Not to mention how long it’s making my filter run. No way do I recommend this to anyone. I am going to return it.

Doesn't Work!!!! I'm so disappointed by the performance of this product!! It doesn't clean very well as it tips up and never stays level against the pool surface. It takes over 25 seconds to change direction and over 5 hours to clean the pool. There is no value in a product if it doesn't work!!! Regret this purchase!!!!!

Does not vacuum pool Product worked great for 30 minutes. Has barely moved in days following. Most of time not at all. Even with fantastic suction.

Amazon and the manufacturer both dropped the ball and left the customer hanging. I bought this product on June 24th today is August 13th and the product does not work. I called Amazon and they wont even help resilve the issue. Bad product and even worst customer service from Amazon.

This Product Doesn't Suck or Move! This product did not work at all. It did not move, nor did it have any suction. It was returned.
Not what I expected I couldn’t get the vacuum to walk so I returned it.

Trash Horrible, tread keeps falling off. It's not helping my pool at all. Waste of my money.

Hoses Only Last 2 Years Cleaner worked great for 2 years before the Hoses began falling apart while pulling the cleaner out of the pool by the hoses. Very disappointed that the materials selected are not more UV and/or Chemical resistant. A new set of 13 is $130. Had I known I would be spending $130 every 2 years for new hoses I would not have purchased this product.
