Tracks kept coming off Bought this at a local well known pool store. They highly rated this one to get. Tracks kept coming off and getting stuck. They took it back after a couple of weeks of so much trouble. Researching new option.

Didn't work for me Finally purchased and I was disappointed. Followed directions, pretty simple and easy to put together. Watched videos, read instructions but the machine kept spinning and turning. Tried all of the troubleshooting but this vacuum would not work. It would begin to crawl up the wall and then just keep spinning its wheels but not going up the actual wall. (Spun in place) Also it would hit my stairs and just stay there again spinning the wheels but not redirecting. Timed the yellow spot as it directed, turned p... read more

Defective parts after two month of service after a few month this vacuum stopped working, had to buy a new part and if you don't know how to fix it, then you will have to pay additional 50 to someone to fix it, it think, it was too soon for it to fail given I bought it about two month ago. suction power really depends on your pump, if you don't have good pump don't buy this, replace your pump first

Beware. They only refunded 45% It works fine at the beginning. But then it kept stuck in the corners . Especially the stairs. I tested it for couple hours. But it never go to the middle of the pool. It’s not gonna get the work done. So I decided to return it. Here the problem comes. They only refunded $129.15. But I’ve paid $287.83 included tax for it.

Works fine for a month or so then stops roaming This is the second Zodiac MX6 In-Ground Suction Side Pool Cleaner I bought. The first was a repaired Zodiac MX6 from my local Pinch a Penny. That worked fine for a few weeks then I noticed it was moving around the pool. I took it out and made sure nothing was stuck inside the wheels. No obstructions. the tracks just wouldn't move well, I had to help it along. So, I thought maybe I was had by the store and decided to just buy a NEW Zodiac MX6 In-Ground Suction Side Pool Cleaner ... read more

Gets stuck constantly It gets stuck on the steps. No matter where I put it in the pool within 5 minutes it’s back on the steps stuck. It also leaves black tire marks in the pool
