Our pool bottom has never been claeaner We replaced the pool cleaner we had with the Zodiac MX6 and ecstatic on how well it cleaned the pool. The bottom has no debris at all. It covers every area and even climbs the wall.
Disappointed Expected more after reading reviews. Does ok where it actually goes but goes aimlessly around pool and gets stuck often. I spend less time just vacuuming it myself then constantly watching this thing. Would not buy over again.
if your pool has steps, I would not recommend this item I feel there is a need for re-engineering due to the fact it hangs up on steps & in the corners of pool wall where steps meet, other wise a nice machine. If someone is not present to remove it from those areas, it just sits there grinding away.
Gets stuck often on freeform pool It works great but constantly gets stuck on the steps, corners and the skimmer. I had to add bricks to the areas it gets stuck to try and help.(see video)
Gets stuck at step corner and twirls more than it cleans Although the MX6 will climb walls, it has a tendency to twirl at the water line for long periods of time, sucking in air and therefore not cleaning. It also got stuck at the pool's 'built-in' step corner, requiring me to move the unit or have it stay there permanently. Why do I pay for prime? I do believe I got a used product. No box with pictures on it. No instructions. Just a brown box from In The Swim.
😕 You have to watch the unit because it often “stalls” while supposed to be cleaning.
Not worth it Stopped working after 3 months or less.
