Looks likes a super cleaning machine. It just plain sucks! Had the old fashion Barracuda 2 pool cleaner 5yrs, Just had my pool refinished with a mini-pebble sheen and was told to go to a wheeled version pool cleaner for best performance. This model was the cheapest one in the pool store; although I don't consider $300+ cheap especially when you can pick up the Barracuda style for $100. I am so far unhappy with the performance. I basically have to clean the pool first before using this vac. Simple items, a leaf from a hibiscu... read more

Don’t waste your $$. Robot gets stuck CONSTANTLY. I really wanted to like this robot....but after trying to use it for the past 3 days, there are so many reasons why I wish I had spent the extra money on a more intelligent device. We have a 16x32 Grecian inground pool. This robot gets stuck about every 5 minutes - it gets stuck by the stairs, it climbs out of the water when climbing the walls and sucks air into the filter and won’t spin and right itself (and yes, we’ve regulated the flow MANY times), it flips over on its sid... read more

Corroding Hoses After 1 Year of Use Works well, have had it for 1 year now. My complaint is the hoses tear very easily after 1 year of use. Almost like they corrode over time, just the slightest resistance and they tear right in half. The replacement cost for the hose is almost $20 a section. You get 10 sections with the original unit. To replace all 10 sections of hose would cost $200, that’s almost 2/3 the cost of a new unit.

If your pool is clean then this works great. Cruises around the bottom no problem If your pool is clean then this works great. Cruises around the bottom no problem. My grip is, I want to use a vacuum when my pool is DIRTY. If your pool is dirty this will pick up about 2 feet of muck and leaves and then get clogged. I used the leaf catcher and that thing gets clogged too. Don't bother.

Save your money I wish I was happier with this purchase. I decided to purchase this one over a much cheaper model on Amazon as this one had better reviews. I feel you have to babysit this the whole time. It will run for about 20 minutes then get knocked on the side or the wheels stop running and I have to spin them manually to get it to go. I purchased this hoping it would save me time. However I think vacuuming the pool in an hours time manually is probably much better than babysitting this for 6 hours and making sure it wo... read more

It's OK I've had this unit for a while, and to be honest, I would rate it as OK. I am in the market for another cleaner, and decided against this one for one main reason. No matter how many adjustments, how much or how little hose length I used, the unit would either climb the wall and get stuck on the steps or get to the end of the hose length and pop a perpetual wheelie never moving another inch, all the while, the tread spinning away.

also it would only pick up the larger heavy pieces like leaves and debris I had to return the item, it was too small to be affective for my 20x40 inground pool, also it would only pick up the larger heavy pieces like leaves and debris, it would not clean the small stuff left by the chlorine doing its job, it was also very slow while doing it's job. I only used it once, When I returned it, I only got a 50% refund due to me using it.
