Doesn't work with Hayward equipment Tried to attach to my skimmer and adaptor would not work. Called Zodiac Customer service, they tried several things to help, but in the end said Zodiac product was not compatible with my Hayward Equipment and they had no solutions. I had to return the Zodiac Baracuda. Was penalized 20% restocking fee even though no where in the literature did it mention that this item would not be compatible with my equipment. CANNOT HANDLE LEAVES!!!! Please dont buy this cleaner if you generally have leaves fall into the pool. This cleaner CANNOT handle leaves AT ALL. The fan gets stuck on leaves for hours together! See photos. Tried it for a week and I had to remove leaves several times a day. Returned and got another one after a week.
This horrific pool so called cleaner did not work from day one. Do Not buy it. The company that sold it to me must have know that it did not work, but did nothing about it . I left negative feedback, but it does not show up. It looks as if someone is able to manipulate feedback. My only alternative is to try to get the manufacturer to help me with non working pool cleaner. The seller nor Amazon were of any help.
Paddles don't last over 3 months. They break The inner paddles are not made to last. Had it for 3 months and it broke. Have to go through manufacturer to get it replaced.
