How to get crap o work. I have an emergency. I will try to call someone to open pool UTubes don't help. Cannot even get plug into wall. Previously one worked well. This appears to be defect.
Stopped working in the third year. The pool robot worked great the first year. Clogs are easy to clear, simple to use, etc. I've got girls so lots of hair in the pool. That winds around bits and pieces. Need scissors to clear it. The first summer I bought it, no problems. Same for the second summer. This year when I opened the pool, it would run a little bit, then stop. Cut out hair, removed other debris, no improvement. Took it completely apart, little tiny bits of bent metal fell out. Not yet As of right now I have not used th e zodiac. Weather has not been warm enough.
Junk product from a poor seller. Avoid both! This product is complete crap, and when you find out it's complete crap and ship it back to the seller they will charge you $130 for you to find out that it's a piece of crap. Do not buy this product and do not buy anything from this seller.
Won't Climb Walls This was a complete waste of money. The thing is very slow, doesn't climb walls, has a hard time climbing from the deep end to the shallow. If you have more than 1 leaf in your pool, get them out or it'll clog. I wish I'd bought something else.
NOT ultra low flow! This product was advertised as ultra low flow which is why I bought it in the first place .my 10 year old pool vac worked with a lower flow .had to increase the rpms on my pump by almost 1000 which would end up costing me hundreds over the years which is why I returned this product.
Not reliable Works fine for a while but when pump stops for the night then starts again the next day, the Zodiac does not start moving again intermittently. Have to physically move treads then it will go. Not happy!
So so product. Was cheap money. Had to use standard vac hose due to pool size. Struggles to stay upright in the shallow end. Had to add hose weights to hose union to keep from sucking air. Tech support was no help. Just have to keep an eye on it.
Don't buy Does not work, Don't buy it from "In The Swim Pool Supplies", very bad return policy.
