Don’t waste your time or money Stopped working within a month of purchasing. It stopped moving. Poor return policy, received less than 50% money back. Don’t waste your time or money on this cleaner.
This thing just does not work The MX6 has mixed reviews, works for some and horrible for others. Mine does not work at all. Creeps slowly for a few feet and then stops on a standard in ground pool with a new pump and plenty of suction. I believe the problem is one of product quality control. The MX6 track system is driven by the suction. When I turn the tracks by hand I can feel parts of the rotation that are smooth and times when it binds and is hard to turn. Unsatisfied Customer The item claims to work proficiently with variable speed pool pumps however it did not work as described. I was very disappointed with the seller also. After returning the item they kept $52.00 for a restocking fee. Maybe I should have delt with my local pool supply if I wanted great customer service. Unsatisfied customer.
Waste of a lot of money This is a waste of money, the suction is horrible and it stops every 5-10 minutes and I have to move it to get it moving again. So disappointed!!
You can be free for 3-6 months of maintenance I never ever write any review. Period. For this I’ll get out of my way and say 10 out of 10 I’m living in Big Phoenix Aria in Waddell AZ. For people who is not familiar- it’s a big Phoenix Subarban area. Surprise AZ I’m going for 10 stars in the 5 star scale. Especially after the monsoon. 😰 This is the best to go. Trust me. Not worth the .money Does not suction well and stopped all the time. End up having to hire a pool guy
Works but requires mid high flow to move Although it says uses low flow to operate it will not work unless you set your pump at 2200rpms with only the suction line open with the main drain and skimmer closed. Requires more suction than I expected to use I normally keep the pump at 1500 to save energy but have to crank it up for this cleaner to work.
