Needs constant babysitting Worked ok for a couple weeks then started to stop whenever it got to pool wall. Tried various flow adjustments according to manual but thing just would not respond

Big waste of money Awful. Just awful. Big waste of money. I've had 3 different pool professionals try to get this to work, and even a brand new filtration system didn't help. In other words, it's not a pool or user issue. The hoses aren't airtight at the connectors so air is taken into your filter, the rotating fan on the bottom stirs up and spreads algae and tiny debris more that it sucks it up, the wheels get jammed or the inside gets clogged and stops moving from a piece of leaf or item like a pine needle; I could go on a... read more

Company does not back product - stopped working after 2 months! I purchased this pool sweep and within 2 months it stopped working completely. I contacted the company to see about a replacement or refund and they told me "too bad" time to return has expired. I spent almost $300 for this product and to have it stop working so quickly is very disappointing. Don't waste your time or money on this product. I DO NOT recommend this to anyone.

Soooo disappointed! It took us 2 summers manually vacuuming before finally deciding to break down, spend the money and order the automatic vacuum. I read all the reviews, compared prices and decided on this model. We have a 16,000 gallon pool, fairly rectangular, with 2 steps at shallow end, and a bench seat at the 6 ft. deep end. Replace every 2 months Worked for about 2 months and the fan blade stopped spinning so the unit doesn't move any longer. Had it checked out and was told the fan blade needs replacement. Works out to about $150 a month then buy a new one, NOT

What a waste of investment I spent more time doing the vacuum of my pool. This product doesn't clean my pool. It spent more time climbing the walls and trying to climb out. My worries are that my pump will break down due to sucking air each time this product climb to the top of the pool's wall. What a waste of investment.

Great Machine, lousy reseller The machine works well but the vendor from where it comes is terrible, I ended up buying mine from the local store.
Upon initial use I was very disappointed. I couldn't get the Zodiac to it's proper ... I purchased this item to replace my my 4 year old Hayward Navigator. I was tired of expensive replacement parts and the constant clearing of debris from the unit. I have a figure '8' shaped pool at 20,000 gallons. Upon initial use I was very disappointed.
