Leaves get stuck in unit all the time and parts wear easily Doesn't pickup leaves well at all

MX6-specific hoses limit this unit Not happy that there are specific hoses for the unit. There should be standard hoses so I can go by the local pool supply store when one cracks. Now I have to order an overpriced one when that happens. Also, my existing leaf canister won't go on this unit because of the hoses not fitting standard attachments. Very annoying. I may return this to buy something better.

The hoses broke / ripped inside 18 months. Cleaner works well, which is why it gets any stars. The super expensive proprietary hoses, however, fell apart in less than two years. The cost to constantly replace the proprietary hoses renders the vacuum component useless.

Not even close to powerful enough Purchased with brand new filter. With the flow turned all the way up, my main drain turned off and just this plugged into the skimmer it barely rotates 10 revolutions in 60 seconds. Does not climb the walls, cannot even climb back up my incline. Did not come with enough hose to stretch out to my 12,000 gallon pool. Will be calling someone to ensure its not my skimmer pipe, will update the review after.

Disappointed in this product Disappointed in this product. Does not work well, and for the price we paid, I would expect that the company would be responsive for assistance. The person on the phone knew less about this product than the man who cleans our pool.

Serious problem the company will not bother to fix! I would give this vacuum 5 stars except for one problem. It cleans well, is easy to use etc. However, the connection to the skimmer hole for the hose is only a pressure, press on connection. There is no where to "click" the hose on it, or twist it on. Therefore, it comes off after a while and stops working. If you leave home a few days, this will not be working while you are gone because the hose will come off the skimmer attachment. The issue that is causing the disconnect of the hose at the skimmer has to do with water flowing back from the pump into the skimmer after it is turned off. We recommend asking your pool professional to install a check valve on your pool's suction line to prevent this from occurring. Worst Amazon purchase I've ever made... Apparently a lot of folks like this pool cleaner, but as far as I'm concerned it was a complete waste of money. I just took a brand new unit out of the box, assembled everything, put it in the pool. and turned on the pump. Checked the wheel rotation as per the setup guide and it was right in the sweet spot.
