It worked great for about 30 minutes and the tracks got stuck ... This thing is a piece of junk!!! It worked great for about 30 minutes and the tracks got stuck and wouldn't move anymore. I opened it up to see if there was something stuck in it. Nothing was clogging it. The track is defective. Zodiacs warranty sucks. They would not exchange it or give me my money back. They told me that they would refund 50% on something that I paid full price for that doesn't work. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!! Total waste of money!!!

Babysitter Bare bones performance: 1. Cleans most algae from bottom and even less on sides and steps. 2. Very easily plugged by small leafs. Refer to photo. 3. It looks cool, but the performance is not so cool. 4. I had a generic creepy crawly that worked much better. I am disappointed.

NEVER buy this When working it works well enough BUT! It constantly jams. The connectors on the hose section break and the hoses themselves don't last very long. Would never buy another one

Generally good but most likely won't work out. My pool is 15,000 gallons and screened in. So this cleaner does a good job at sucking up dirt and small particles. HOWEVER, there is one issue that keeps occurring that makes me think this isn't going to workout: It gets stuck.... All the time. The problem you will have is any outside corners such as stairs or benches. If the cleaner tries to climb them (which it will), it will bottom out and get stuck because one of the tracks will have no traction. This happens to me multiple ... read more

Bad product It s not working having trouble with it since we got it.we called zodiac and we keep going back and forth with them and now they want for us to take it to a store and I feel that it's new and going through all this promblem it's not right I want a refund on this product cause it not working thank you
