Don't buy any zodiac products Don't buy any of their products. I stupidly bought this after my TR2D suctiom cleaner tire its diaphragm after a whole month. It just sits there on its back, I even made sure the float was exactly 9 inches from the cleaner.

BAD PRODUCT EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Bad product. Stopped working after using it 3 times. Then the company only gave us 1/2 a refund!!!! Ridiculous! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

One Star Product did not work and when I returned the item I did not get full credit. Do not buy.

Annoying propensity to get stuck. We have had this cleaner for almost 2 years and it has been a love hate relationship. I love that when it is not stuck at the swimout it actually cleans well. I hate that it is always stuck in the same spot continuously. Move it and it goes right back to the same spot almost like a magnet. I find this extremely annoying because it does it so frequently. Worked great the first few weeks I bought this unit last summer. Worked great the first few weeks, but then it went into going straight and falling back . No matter what I tried ( more hose, less hose, pool vacuum hose, etc), it would fall backwards, so I'm disappointed with this robot, this is the second summer and still only cleans a few feet then falls backwards, I've reduced the suction, everything and to no avail it sucks...no pun intended ! Haha

Get's stuck on ladder I wouldn't recommend this pool cleaner. It got stuck twice within ~ 15 minutes of putting it in the pool. It climbed the wall and then got jammed under the ladder each time. Kinda sad that a pool cleaner wasn't designed to work with a ladder in the pool. I'm returning it since it's useless if it gets stuck so easily.

I was referred to this item by a pool expert ... I was referred to this item by a pool expert? Nevertheless for my pool that has many seating areas the unit seems to always get stuck in a corner. (soft or otherwise) If unattended to it will stay there for the entire cleaning cycle. Not functional for me at all!
Love how well this vacuum works Love how well this vacuum works, but was a little disappointed that not enough hoses come with it, even with our relatively small in-ground pool. It's so strong that it would try too hard to reach unreachable areas of the pool and dislodge itself from the filter intake. Had to order 3 more hoses at nearly $20 each. At least now it's functioning properly.
