Your company does not make it easy for people, who by the way are in pain by definition, to get needed supplies for an existing Tens unit device. Not are they willing to be in touch with your physician to help expedite your supply needs. I am a physician myself, you should be ashamed of your stand-off-ish policies. Clearly only interested in making money by sending automatic monthly supplies which individuals may not need
After my first review complaining about trying to make a deal to pay less for the device which should’ve been billed to WC, I got another bill for $250. I had to use my HSA (my saving for any medical bills) to pay $250. I got a call from Angela and I asked her if they could settle for less, Angela said she will contact her supervisor. After about a week or 2, Angela called me on November 30th to inform me that her supervisor has not gotten back to her (horrible supervisor and I should had asked for that supervisor’s name). Told me not to worry that Medicare or UnitedHealthcare would cover the cost for a tens machine. They misled me after I voiced my concern. Now I have been stuck with the bill for a couple hundred dollars

TENS unit performs properly as expected. Overpriced compared to competitive units. Zynex is out of network for some major insurers, placing burden of cost on the patient. Price of supplies such as 12V batteries and electrode pads is demonstrably inflated to the point of suspicion of defrauding insurance companies and Medicare. The technology works as does any lower priced TENS unit, but costs are grossly unjustifiable. The business model smacks of fraud.
