You never was in touch with me about price. I found out through insurance it was $79.00. I wish I was informed about price. That's wrong. I called and asked over and over for just a call before deadline to ship back. I'm on a limited income with total disabilities I can't function. I previously was a REGISTERED RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST A.A.S A..R.R.T. (R) I went from nice living to this. I have to watch every dime. This was a shock and no one called as I requested. T. Be up front about the cost & patients out of pocket amount. Also that the equipment is used equiment. Actually I work for the provider that prescribed the machine. She prescribed it based off of the information that the rep that came presented to us.

I have used the machine twice. Your sending things for it I don’t need. The prices you are billing for BATTERIES is outrageous. I want to return it but I think I have already paid The full price of the machine.

I was told that even if I had insurance I would still have to pay the $295 anyway. I was also told I’m conflicting terms that my insurance would pay for it and they would file the claim. When I asked for them to send me the information so I could file the claim, they said they would and never did. All In a tone which made it clear they would provide no assistance and only wanted the money. If this is how you all do business, I will take mine elsewhere.
