My Dr. Said I would be receiving a call from a person named……, never did. Got two texts saying that when I call this number that my prescription would be filled! I was not aware of what Xynex was so was hesitant to click to fill a script! Then at a recent Dr apt I was asked if I spoke w a Holly, I said no. Then we figured out who Holly and Zune’s was. Don’t send ifc without insurance approval And then bill three months later

Awful. Charge $25 for a $2 diode and a 25 cent battery and $33 for shipping in a plastic bag. Over $50 for a diode and battery. Didn't tell me insurance wasn't covering it. Just sent me a bill 6 months into shipping me this stuff.

I have had a previous talk about one year ago and I stated that my coverage with Tricare was coming to an end and I was assured that this account would be satisfied before that, I am very disappointed that this was on a lease especially when I found out that it could be paid for and the lease ended. Though it’s “ government “ money it comes from all of us. Please advise me on the necessary steps to rectify this. Up until now I was satisfied with your service.

In my experience, Zynex Medical is a scam. ZYNEX MEDICAL uses the BAIT & SWITCH & I am disgusted. I specifically asked their representative, Erich Staats on Sept. 17, 2020, if there were any hidden fees. He told me no. This was a lie. I called my insurance prior to purchasing and was told I would have to pay 10-% for the device and my insurance covered the batteries with a possible small fee charge. Do not charge someone a whole year later., that supposedly had your machine for 2 months, but I sent it back unopened!! So obviously I didn't use. I'm so puzzled that I dont hear one word for a year and then get a bill!! Ridiculous
