I haven't talked to a person yet. When I tried to call back, after missing a call , a recording said Number cannot be completed as dialed , after trying a few times I still couldn't get anyone.

Tell people that they are renting the unit up front. I was told I could return the unit at no cost to me after I tried it out. I did so and was told I owed $50 for rental fees. This is very poor customer service and to me is deceptive. Since I run a medical clinic that offers these to our patients I will be looking into an alternative source rather than Zynex to give to the patients.

Zynex billed me for an equipment and then billed Medicare and recovered all the money that I paid to them directly, but have not returned my money for almost a year. I am going to file a complaint with Medicare

I'm not there to sit on the lobby when my appointment is at a certain time. I'm not going to take a urine test everytime I get there. One way or the other, I will do everything I can to have it shut down. I will not be back there again

My rating was due to billing. When I received my Tens machine I was told I would receive monthly orders of supplies. I told them to send what ever insurance would pay and nothing more . For over a year I received supplies and never received an invoice for any of it . Now a year latter I received a bill for $300.00 plus dollars. I called and talked to a gentleman who was patronizing and said yes my bill was correct.This is not the way to do business.
