Continued to send equipment and no follow up. Sent 3 unopened packages back at my expense of $44.00. Asked them to stop sending me equipment.

Stop telling people that the insurances will pay for the machine. Fortunately we could afford it but alot cannot. I'm not using the machine right now.

Make things clear with providers on the actual process if this machine and about payment. All of my insurance information was given and I am still without the machine because I can’t afford to pay for one being on disability I not extra money and my Doctor feels this machine would help greatly!!

I am really sorry I signed up for that equipment at the St. Cloud orthopedic clinic. You got way too much insurance money for something that broke. I don’t want anything from your company again. Also ended up paying too much out of pocket for junk!!!!!!!

This is an absolute farst. Don’t have the machine much less has anyone contacted me about this. I have found em on line so why should anyone go through this company?
